Who is responsible

ImplantISQ (implantisq.com) is operated by Implantarea, which acts as the controller / responsible entity for personal data processed through this site. Contact: contact@implantisq.com.

What this site processes

The stability tool runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter (ISQ, torque, bone class, timing) are not transmitted to us, stored, or logged by the tool.

Contact form and email. The contact form requires your name, email address, and message. Phone, professional role, clinic or organization, and consent to occasional ImplantISQ updates are optional. We also record the site, page, language, form type, consent version and state, submission time, and any campaign/referrer values already present in your browser. We also record which page of this site your visit began on and whether you were on a phone, tablet or desktop — the first from a session-only entry described in the Cookie Policy, the second as one of those three words, worked out by your own browser. We never receive or store your browser's User-Agent string. We process these details to respond and to keep an operational record for as long as reasonably needed. Marketing consent is separate, optional, and not pre-selected. If you email us directly, we process the details included in that correspondence. Please do not send patient-identifiable or other sensitive clinical information; this site is not intended to receive it, and any such data received will be deleted.

Form security and notification. Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact-form submissions for automated abuse. Our shared lead service stores accepted submissions in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database and sends a notification to the contact inbox. It does not retain your raw IP address or browser User-Agent. For short-term abuse control only, it stores a daily salted hash of the connecting IP, automatically removed after seven days.

Hosting and security. The site is served through Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. We do not retain raw IP addresses in our own records by default.

Cloudflare page analytics. Our host records page-level traffic and performance for this site. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not fingerprint your device, and uses no identifier that follows you between sites or between visits. Because it neither stores anything on your device nor identifies you, it runs without a consent prompt.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. It runs only if you allow it through the consent banner; until then no request is made to Google and no analytics cookies are set. When enabled, it processes page views, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and a small set of usage events: that the stability tool was opened, that it produced a result and which band it fell in, and that a contact email link was clicked. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time on the Cookie Policy page.

Google acts as our processor for this, and Google may transfer data outside the EU/EEA under its standard contractual clauses. IP anonymization is enabled, and Google Signals and advertising personalization are switched off for this property, so the data is not used for advertising profiles. Event-level data is retained for 14 months.

What analytics never receives. The values you enter into the stability tool are not transmitted anywhere, and are therefore not in analytics either. We do not send free text, tool inputs, query-string clinical values, or any patient-identifiable or clinical information to Google or to any third party.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA and UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will update this policy when our processing changes and revise the date above. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
